Shipping policy

Delivery method
Because our pieces are heavy and fragile, we do installation-level delivery, not standard parcel courier shipping. Each order is transported securely and placed at ground level on arrival.

Delivery time

• Made to order: typical lead time is 7–30 days (depends on production schedule and route planning).

• We will contact you directly to confirm a suitable delivery date once your order is ready.

Delivery charges (UK mainland)

• Within 40 miles: £49

• Over 40 miles (UK mainland): £149 flat rate

• FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £1,500

Outside UK mainland / special access
If your location is outside UK mainland (or if access is difficult), please contact us for a custom quotation before ordering.

Placement / access requirements

• Delivery is ground-level only (no carrying upstairs, no lifting over obstacles, no installation).

• Please ensure clear access for delivery (driveway/parking and a safe route to the placement area).

• If delivery fails due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Inspection on arrival
Please inspect your item on delivery. If there is visible damage, note it immediately and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
