Limited Batch & Made-to-Order Production
Peluno Stone Art sculptures are produced in limited batches or made specifically per customer order.
Due to the weight, specialist transport requirements, and production process involved, orders are considered final once preparation or production has begun.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or material preparation has not yet started.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible due to scheduling, casting preparation, and logistics planning.
Delivery Inspection
All sculptures are inspected together with the customer at the time of delivery.
By accepting delivery, the customer confirms the sculpture is in satisfactory condition.
Any visible transport damage must be reported during delivery inspection.
If confirmed as transport damage, we will arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Due to the size, weight, and specialist delivery involved, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a sculpture has been delivered and accepted.
Customers are encouraged to review all product dimensions, weight, and placement requirements prior to purchase.
Manufacturing Faults
If a genuine manufacturing fault becomes evident within 14 days of delivery, please contact:
Clear photographs and a description of the issue must be provided for assessment.
Where a confirmed manufacturing fault exists, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement.
Natural weathering, surface variation, minor casting texture differences, or environmental ageing are not considered faults.
Access & Placement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Suitable access to the delivery location

Adequate ground support and stable placement surface
We are not responsible for issues arising from unsuitable access, movement after delivery, or improper placement.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
